H. Sterling Attends Canadian Embassy LNG Forum

H. Sterling management was invited to attend the Canada-China LNG Full Value Chain Investment Forum at the Embassy of Canada to China on May 27, 2021.


Mr. Dominic Barton, Ambassador of Canada to China, delivered opening remarks to the audience and welcomed Chinese industry leaders to engage Canadian energy companies across the LNG value chain.

Ambassador Barton and Commercial Counsellor Jason Reeve deliver words of welcome to the audience.


The event was moderated by Jason Reeve, Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of Canada to China, and featured presentations from leaders across energy organizations, liquefaction projects, and government bodies from Canada and China. The provinces of Alberta and British Columbia were featured as leaders in natural gas production and liquefaction, respectively.

Canada is poised to become a significantly larger exporter of LNG to China within this decade and is committed to working with Chinese industry and government leadership to solidify the Canada-China energy relationship. H. Sterling Group is working to connect reputable international upstream suppliers of LNG with downstream markets in Yantai LNG and in China, forging value-added relationships along the entire LNG value chain.
