On September 30, 2021, a signing ceremony for establishing Dynamis Energy (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. - a joint venture between Chinese and US firms was held in Beijing. Mr. Kevin McNulty, CEO of Dynamis Energy LLC. formally signed several agreements on Sino-US joint venture, technology transfer and equipment procurement with his Chinese counterparts from H. Sterling Group and Jiangsu Huansen Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., through video connection, marking the solid waste treatment technology of Dynamis and the equipment manufacturing will soon settle in China.
Dynamics Energy, headquartered in Ohio US, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the solid waste management technology for decades. The company has long been committed to R & D and production of high efficient and low emission solid waste treatment technology and equipment. The unique design for their solid waste management is that it has modular structure, convenient in installation and maintenance, low in emission and easy being adaptable to any scale of operation by the clients. The emission meets the most stringent emission requirements in Europe and America, taking the leading position of its kind in waste management technology in the world. With many of its advantages compared to none, Dynamis equipment can be used in various areas like hospitals, hotels, airports, islands, industrial parks, villages, mines, oil fields and etc.
H. Sterling Group initiated the project with its US counterparts years ago and has remained the driving force, regardless of the various difficulties in the middle of negotiations, to have made this project happen. The version of setting up this joint venture is to introduce the US advanced waste management technology through partnership, and continuously improve and upgrade on the basis of digesting and absorbing the know-how, so as to meet the requirements from the Chinese clients. Dynamis Jiangsu has signed an investment agreement with the Government of Yangzhou Economic Development Zone on the implementation of this project some time early this year. The planning and design of the plant are being carried out in an orderly manner. The overall project will be completed and put into production by June 2022.
Also invited to attend the above signing ceremony were representatives from China Development Bank, Harbin Electric International Engineering Co., Ltd., China Energy Construction International Engineering Co., Ltd., China Chemical Engineering Group Donghua Technology Co., Ltd. and some experts from the waste management industry. Mr. Chen Jun of Donghua Technology Co., Ltd. shared their experience and successful cases of sewage, solid waste treatment with the participants, which was very well received by the participants.
