With the coming of the Chinese Lunar New Year, Yantai LNG is now taking a little rest. The Covid and restrictions caused have delayed the contraction over a year or so and it is now expected that the whole project is to complete by the July-August 2024. By far, the construction has exceeded 45% of the entire plan and we are looking forward to witnessing the lifting and installing of the tank ceilings by the end of March this year.
Yantai LNG is one of the largest LNG terminal in the northern part of China with 5 x 200,000 cubic meter tanks at a capacity of 5.9 mtpa.
